Alivia Schmidt, Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
Alivia serves as a Yoga and Sound Facilitator at Blue Star Recovery, where she is dedicated to supporting individuals in recovery, healing, and self-discovery. A Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, she brings a trauma-informed approach to every session she leads, creating space for participants to reconnect with themselves at their own pace. Her work draws on Bhakti Yoga, gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation, alongside Reiki and sound healing, to support the whole person. Through mindfulness and self-compassion practices, Alivia helps clients build a sense of spiritual connection and steadiness they can carry beyond the mat. She believes that healing happens in community, and that each person holds an innate capacity for growth, transformation, and wholeness, a philosophy that shapes how she meets everyone who joins her sessions. What she enjoys most is supporting the Blue Star Recovery community and watching individuals rediscover their own resilience.
